Jill is a qualified artist who has been face painting for over seven years.

All the paints I use are water based, hypoallergenic and meet the European Union and FDA regulations for cosmetics.
The face paints used are easily removed with soap and water or baby wipes. For obvious reasons, I will not paint children with cold sores, runny noses or open wounds.
Jill has a Scottish Office Enhanced Disclosure Certificate necessary for working with children.
